Salva Cremasco, a soft cheese made exclusively from raw, whole cows’ milk in the Lombard provinces of Bergamo , Brescia , Cremona, Lecco, Lodi and  Milan. It is a soft table cheese, made exclusively with whole cow's milk , uncooked curd. It is a washed-rind cheese seasoning with a minimum of 75 days. The product is presented as a parallelepiped-quadrangular shape.
