Produced only in the city of Crema by Latteria Mauer (Lombardy region) in Italy, DESIDERIO is a unique Italian hard cheese made with a blend of cow’s and Buffalo milk and Vegetal rennet. Certified Vegetarian and HALAL, is aged for a minimum of 12 months up to 15 months. Distinguished by a pale-yellow coloured rind, the white crumbly texture inside has a slightly bitter flavour with an unusual taste, rich and nutty in flavor, it has a softly tangy and acid finish of buffalo milk. The process and the name are Trade Marked, in order to give at the customers all over the world an exclusive product.
